Executive workplace transformation marks another milestone in Southway’s long-standing partnership with Siemens.

Southway is proud to announce the successful completion of Phase I of a multi-phase office renovation for Siemens, delivering 16,087 square feet of newly transformed workspace within the company’s active office environment.

Part of a larger 37,753-square-foot renovation, the completed phase reimagines Siemens’ executive workplace with a modern, sophisticated design that supports leadership, collaboration, and employee engagement.

The newly completed executive corridor is anchored by an inviting reception area that establishes the tone for the entire space. The renovated environment includes executive offices, a large conference room, open collaboration areas, and integrated focus booths that provide opportunities for both concentrated work and informal meetings.

Delivering the project within an occupied facility required extensive planning and coordination to ensure uninterrupted operations throughout construction. Through proactive communication and carefully phased work, Southway successfully completed the renovation while maintaining a seamless experience for Siemens employees.

Southway partnered with isDesign on the project, continuing a long-standing collaborative relationship that has resulted in the successful delivery of numerous workplace environments. The combined expertise of both teams helped create a space that reflects Siemens’ culture while supporting the evolving needs of its workforce.

This project represents Southway’s eighth completed project for Siemens, further strengthening a valued partnership built on trust, collaboration, and consistent results. With Phase I now complete, construction is underway on Phase II as the team continues transforming the remainder of the office space.
