Southway Senior Project Manager Brad Zacchero was interviewed on an episode of CREW Conversations, a podcast hosted by CREWBaltimore. Today, Southway is transforming the former mill into a vibrant mixed-use destination featuring 190 apartments, a destination restaurant, retail space, and a historic display honoring the property’s legacy.
For Brad, the project is about more than adapting an old building for modern use. It requires understanding what makes the property unique, navigating the challenges that come with a century-old structure, and finding ways to preserve its character while preparing it for a new future.
