This transformative project reimagined an existing warehouse into a high-tech laboratory and workplace environment, blending advanced infrastructure with modern workplace design.

The scope included the creation of a mezzanine level to support future expansion, installation of a generator to ensure operational continuity, and a complete rework of the building entrance. New windows were introduced to enhance natural light, while extensive landscaping elevated the exterior presence of the facility.

Inside, the space was thoughtfully programmed to support a range of functions, including a large open laboratory, kitchen, large and small conference rooms, private offices, open work areas, media and storage rooms, as well as dedicated contract, production, and tissue rooms. The result is a dynamic, future-ready environment that supports both technical operations and team collaboration.
