Transforming an existing warehouse into a high-tech laboratory and workplace required extensive upgrades both inside and out. Southway converted the facility into a modern environment designed to support ZenBio’s technical operations, production needs, and growing team.

The project included a new mezzanine level to support future expansion, a generator to maintain operational continuity, and a complete rework of the building entrance. New windows brought additional natural light into the facility, while extensive landscaping improved its exterior presence.

Inside, the space was configured with a large open laboratory, kitchen, large and small conference rooms, private offices, open work areas, media and storage rooms, and dedicated contract, production, and tissue rooms. The completed facility brings ZenBio’s laboratory, production, and workplace functions together under one roof.
