These two transformative interior renovations for DCRI showcase a balance of precision, collaboration, and elevated design across 34,800 sf of occupied high-rise space.
The 2nd floor renovation, spanning 19,000 sf, served as the prototype for all future DCRI interior upgrades. Working in close partnership with the end user and design team, every detail was carefully coordinated to establish a new standard, resulting in a highly functional, well-received space delivered on time and under budget.
Building on that success, the 15,800 sf 7th floor fit-up introduced a full-floor renovation within an active high-rise environment, with tenants both above and below. Despite an aggressive schedule and complex logistics, the team executed a seamless delivery of high-end finishes, maintaining quality while identifying cost-saving opportunities throughout the process.
Together, these projects reflect a collaborative, solutions-driven approach, setting the benchmark for future DCRI spaces while consistently delivering exceptional results for the client.
