Located on the second floor of an occupied building, this interior renovation created a workplace to support Duke Population Health Services’ focus on advancing community health through research, data, and policy. Southway carefully phased the construction to coordinate with tenants on the floors above and below.

The project featured extensive glass partitions that created a bright, open environment while supporting flexibility and connection. Despite last-minute design modifications, Southway maintained momentum and delivered the project on its original schedule, demonstrating adaptability while minimizing disruption to surrounding occupants.
