Finding a permanent home for a growing school required more than identifying the right building. Southway joined the project in preconstruction, providing feasibility studies, budgeting, and programming support as the development team evaluated options for a long-term campus. The team ultimately selected a historic 1925 building that had sat largely vacant for decades.

Southway transformed 145,000 SF into a modern educational environment serving 875 students. The renovation included classrooms, STEM and science labs, technology spaces, and collaborative areas, while preserving portions of the original school layout to align with budget goals. Construction was carefully coordinated around Kingdom Life Church, which continued using part of the facility throughout the renovation.

As the school continued to grow, Southway returned for two additional summer expansion projects, adding classrooms, labs, and an Innovation Center. Together, the projects gave Green Street Academy the space and facilities needed to support its evolving academic programs and growing student population.
