Southway was selected by the project team as the construction manager for this tenant-in-place renovation to 175 rental apartments for low-income seniors and non-elderly persons with disabilities.  The Wyman House is a public housing project being preserved under HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program.  Located on a tight urban block in the Remington neighborhood, the 16-story building is undergoing comprehensive renovations to common areas and systems with individual units receiving new kitchens, appliances, baths, heating and air conditioning systems, and interior finishes.
