Creating a space for hands-on plumbing instruction required more than a classroom renovation. Southway transformed 3,647 square feet at Wake Tech Community College into a modern learning environment that combines instructional space with a dedicated plumbing trades lab.

Classroom 128 received a new ceiling system, upgraded lighting, enhanced power distribution, and acoustic improvements. In the adjacent Plumbing Trades Lab, Room 129, Southway installed new plumbing infrastructure, expanded power capabilities, integrated audiovisual systems, and custom-built wood simulators to support hands-on, simulation-based training.

Together, the renovated spaces provide Wake Tech Community College with dedicated environments for classroom instruction and practical plumbing trades training.
