Southway completed a comprehensive renovation and expansion of Jones Galley at East Carolina University, modernizing the existing facility while adding new spaces to better serve students and staff.

The project included a full renovation of the existing facility and an expansion featuring a new café, coffee shop, merchandise shop, dining area, student lounge, fitness area, and exterior courtyard. Southway also renovated the conference rooms and lobby, added new restrooms, and improved circulation throughout the facility.

The completed project gives East Carolina University an updated, flexible facility with expanded spaces for student life, campus events, and everyday use.
