Van Story Branch is a tenant-in-place occupied rehab to 357 units in this 20 story high rise. It is specifically home to elderly and disabled residents. The 1970s era public housing building was in desperate need of renovation and was revitalized using HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program. Repairs included a new HVAC system, new elevators, and renovation of all units.
