Remington Row is a planned mixed-use development of apartments, retail and office space that encompasses several blocks of Remington Avenue.  This project redevelops the 2700 block with a new 5-story building constructed where under used and vacant properties were torn down.  The new concrete podium and wood-framed structure consists of 260 parking spaces in a multi-level below grade garage, 15,000 square feet of street level retail, 30,000 square feet of office space, and 108 market rate apartments on the third through fifth floors.

Southway joined the team during feasibility planning and provided comprehensive preconstruction services.  Construction commenced in January 2015 and residents started moving in July 2016.
