Woodland Gardens I & II bring together two affordable housing communities designed to support residents at different stages of life. Southway constructed the two new developments in Baltimore’s Park Heights community, creating modern residential environments for families and seniors aged 62 and older.

Each community includes 75 units along with shared spaces designed to support everyday living and resident connection. Amenities include community rooms, fitness facilities, arts and crafts studios, on-site laundry, and outdoor courtyards and gardens. The developments also incorporate specialized spaces and programming, including the Eating Together Dining Program, creating opportunities for residents to gather, build connections, and engage with their community.
