The space is designed to support flexible, high-performance work environments that balance collaboration and focus. Open workbench areas, glass-partitioned offices, and four conference rooms of varying sizes create a dynamic layout that adapts to multiple work styles.

At the heart of the office is a central hub featuring communal seating, a kitchenette, and shared gathering spaces that encourage connection and interaction throughout the day. A standout feature is the Sales Center near the entrance, which offers an immersive presentation environment with a video wall, integrated technology, and hospitality amenities designed to enhance both client engagement and everyday use.
