Building out a new corporate headquarters within an active, mixed-use campus required careful coordination from start to finish. Southway completed the sixth-floor office upfit for Dollar Shave Club at American Tobacco Campus, managing construction while minimizing disruption to ongoing campus operations.

The upfit included private offices, open work areas, conference and huddle rooms, and a wellness room. A centrally located break room and employee lounge featured custom banquette seating and connected directly to a large covered patio through an overhead door. The project also incorporated high-end finishes, including a custom skylight that brought additional natural light into the space, along with extensive audiovisual and IT infrastructure.

The completed space combines traditional office areas with flexible collaboration spaces and indoor-outdoor amenities, giving Dollar Shave Club a headquarters tailored to its needs within the existing campus.
