This 53-unit senior housing complex incorporates the historic 1871 Elkton Jail into the overall project. The historic portion of the building houses the multi-purpose room, activity and game room, and five units. The newly constructed addition is attached by an enclosed breezeway and features the main entrance and lobby, reception, cyber cafe, a lounge, and the remaining 48 units over three stories of wood framing clad with stone veneer and Hardi siding.
