Southway worked as the construction manager for a prototype store of a new fast casual restaurant concept. Subsequent restaurants constructed are located throughout the region includingPerry Hall, Lexington Park, Canton Crossing, York PA, Columbia, Annapolis, and Laurel.  Southway also constructed a dedicated catering facility at their Glen Burnie headquarters.

Each location is approximately 3,500 square feet and is constructed in less than twelve weeks. Southway works with the owners and design team throughout the pre-construction phase to deliver the projects within budget, while at the same time identifying a select group of subcontractors that allow the project to achieve the look and feel of their physical brand.
