Founded in 1991, Southway is a construction management firm serving public, private, and non-profit clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. We are builders driven by purpose, committed to strengthening communities and creating opportunities through the spaces we build.

We believe every person on our jobsites deserves to go home safely every day. That belief is backed by proactive planning, ongoing training, and a culture of accountability at every level of our organization.
With a dedicated Safety Director and a deeply embedded safety program, we consistently achieve one of the lowest EMR ratings in the industry and earn recognition at the highest level, including the Diamond Safety Award through ABC’s National STEP Program.
