Lillian Jones Apartments Receives Design Award
AIABaltimore has recognized Lillian Jones Apartments with an Excellence in Design Award. Designed by Cho Benn Holback + Associates, the jury noted, “how much this project offered for the budget–very impressive. The organization around the courtyard is strong and nicely proportioned. Riffing on its urban context, the scale seems to fit and is well-integrated with the site. The jury was also impressed with the complexity of construction over and adjacent to the Amtrak tunnels.”
